Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations
Please note that all items on our website are not in stock at all times. If you would like to check the availability of an item, please contact us before placing an order. Also, we will be happy to answer any questions that you may have!
Local White Glove Delivery
If you live within the area of operation for our local store, you will have the option of local white glove delivery at checkout. When you choose this option, our in-house team of delivery professionals will provide the following services:
- Pre-delivery inspection of furniture
- Assembly and setup in your room(s) of choice
- Removal of packaging material
- Convenient, pre-arranged delivery appointment (we will call to schedule)
- In-stock orders are usually delivered within 1 week
Please make sure that you are available to receive the delivery at the time of your scheduled appointment to avoid any redelivery charges. Also, please do not refuse any portion of your delivery before you or the delivery team contact us for authorization. See the Damages section below for more details.
Free In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup on all items. Please choose this method at checkout if you plan to come by our warehouse and pick the merchandise up yourself. In-store pickup includes:
- Notification that furniture is available for pickup (we will call and/or email)
- In-stock orders are usually ready within 1 hour
**Picked up items may be provided in the packaging and could require assembly. You assume responsibility for the merchandise at the time and location of pickup and must provide transportation back to our facility for any warranty service or repairs.**
Returns, Cancellations, and Changes
Due to the nature and size of our products, we are not able to accept returns. However, we work hard to do things right the first time and provide you with all of the information that you need to make an informed decision. We are happy to help in any way that we can, so please reach out to us if you have any questions about our products or services!
Once an order is finalized for shipment, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Orders that have not yet been finalized may be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours after the order was placed. If you would like to request an order cancellation or change, please contact us with your order details as quickly as possible.
If you place an order for items that are on back-order with the manufacturer, we will let you know via email right away. You will have 24 hours from the time the email is sent to notify us if you would like to cancel the order, and if we do not receive a response within that time period, we will assume that you would like to proceed with the order and it will no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Please inspect your order carefully when it is delivered as we may not be able to process damage claims received more than 48 hours after the delivery of your order. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and have the delivery driver note it on the delivery receipt. We will be happy to assist you in resolving any issues, and once we have assessed the damaged product, we will work with you to determine a resolution that you are completely satisfied with.
**Please do not refuse delivery unless specifically asked to do so by an employee or agent of Cleveland Furniture Factory Outlet. Items returned due to delivery refusal may be subject to additional fees unless authorized in a special case.**
We serve as your warranty contact point for any products that you order from us. If your furniture has a manufacturer’s warranty and a defect is discovered within the warranty period, please contact us with the details and we will be happy to work with the manufacturer on your behalf. Taking great care of our customers is important to us both before and after the sale!
